Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her career began as an supporting character in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played the role of reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. Also, she played an appearance in the FX's short-lived drama The Ex List. She played the role of a young Moira O'Hara on the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and was Kaylee in the season's third. The character was played by Jessie on AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie was her role in NBC's This Is Us. She also voiced of several characters from the animated comedy series Family Guy. She is currently voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She moved to California with her mother at the age of 10. They went through a few moves before finally making the move to Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she started to develop an interest in photography, acting and singing. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother at the age of 15 to pursue her acting career.
